The www.microbladingschool.art website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages, related courses, links, forums and online discussion operated by Microblading by Marina Evseeva. The Site is offered to you, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Electronic Communications

Visiting the Site or sending emails constitutes electronic communication. By purchasing our course/service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and that you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Microblading by Marina Evseeva has sole right and discretion to determine whether to sell our course / service to any individual and may reject a purchase by any individual with or without explanation

Additional Fees Policy

Tip and processing fees are not included in the price of procedures and may be charged separately.
For return payments, chargebacks and disputes, client/student will be charged $200.
If client/student requested additional time for procedure/training, hourly rate of $200/hour will be charged in addition to the service or training fees

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All payments made to Microblading by Marina Evseeva are final, non-refundable, non-returnable and non-transferrable. No refunds will be issued in any situations. However, if you need to reschedule training/class, it can be done with at least 21 days notice prior to scheduled training and with additional organizational fees paid by student/user ($750 per training day) . Appointments for treatments can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice prior to scheduled date.

Attendance is the sole responsibility of the customer/student. No compensations and no refunds will be made for missed class or appointment. In case of the missed class or appointment, deposit is forfeited and placement of new deposit is needed to schedule another class or appointment.

Models

If you book appointment as model, you are aware that we do not give any guarantees to your procedure. All photos of models are the property of Microblading by Marina Evseeva and cannot be removed from our website or any advertising or educational materials unless full price is paid for procedure as buy-out for photos and videos. We reserve the right to use photos and videos with you with no payments to you for usage.

THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUNATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Microblading by Marina Evseeva agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Termination/Access Restriction

Microblading by Marina Evseeva reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Arbitration

Any dispute between the User and Microblading by Marina Evseeva arising out of or in connection with any purchase made shall first be submitted to mediation before Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS) in Los Angeles County, California, with each party sharing the costs of such mediation equally, payable to JAMS in advance of scheduling any such mediation session. If such mediation fails to resolve any such dispute, then the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration before JAMS. Any award shall be final and binding upon the parties and judgment of such award may be entered in any court or tribunal having jurisdiction. The prevailing party at such arbitration shall recover reasonable attorneys' fees as an element of damages.
